Hey, I'm Keeley (she/her)! I am an oldest daughter, toddler mama, triple virgo, enneagram 7w8, ADHDer. I've been called a free spirit a time or two because of my undeniable need for travel and new experiences. I'm constantly making up songs to narrate my day and dancing through mundane tasks. I am the queen of habit stacking and am often walking the tightrope between seeking control and flying by the seat of pants. I spend a lot more time attempting organization and routine than actually sticking to it. I learned early on what to do in order to manage my environment, focus on the needs of others, and keep things peaceful. Through my personal therapy, coaching, and co-dependence recovery journey, I have learned to prioritize and meet my own needs, create healthy boundaries and authentic connections, and embrace, honor, and celebrate my truest self.
Picture
I work with millennial and gen z moms, professionals, and queer individuals who crave more out of life. They’ve spent way too much time trapped under the pressure of other people’s expectations. They’re ready to embrace and love themselves, learn how to fully self express, care far less about what others think of them, and live a life of true fulfillment. Having experienced my own personal variation of this, I understand just how dull and misguided life can feel when you don’t know who you are and are constantly living for the approval, acceptance, and validation of others. I know and deeply understand the value of fully stepping into who you are meant to be and living from the empowered place of wholeness, freedom, and confidence!

If you feel in your core that there is a brighter, more vibrant, and full life out there for you but have been too afraid to pursue it, or you just simply don't know where to start, then I promise you’re in the right place.

Education and Background

I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Missouri State University prior to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri and Indiana. I have a history working in foster and adoption services, generational poverty reduction programs, addiction treatment and recovery, integrated healthcare, and with lgbtqia+ individuals as a social worker and therapist. I have a trauma-focused, client-centered, strengths-based, relational approach to therapy.
