I work with women, mothers, professionals, and lgbtqia+ individuals who crave more out of life. Those who spend way too much time trapped under the pressure of other people’s expectations. Those who are ready to embrace and love themselves, learn how to express themselves unapologetically, care far less about what others think of them, and live a life of intention, authenticity, and joy. Having experienced my own personal variation of this type of healing process, I understand just how dull and misguided life can feel when you don’t know who you are and are constantly striving for the approval, acceptance, and validation of others. I know and deeply understand the value of fully stepping into who you are meant to be and living from the empowered place of wholeness, freedom, and confidence.

Hey there!

I'm Keeley (she/her). I am an oldest daughter, triple virgo, enneagram 7w8, ADHDer, girl mom. I've been called a free spirit a time or two because of my undeniable need for travel and new experiences. I'm constantly making up songs to narrate my day and dancing through mundane tasks. I am the queen of habit stacking and am often walking the tightrope between seeking control and flying by the seat of pants. I spend a lot more time attempting organization and routine than actually sticking to it.

I learned early on what to do in order to manage my environment, focus on the needs of others, and keep things peaceful. Through my own personal therapy, coaching, and co-dependence recovery journey, I have learned to prioritize and meet my own needs, create healthy boundaries and authentic connections, embrace, honor, and celebrate my truest self.

If you feel in your soul that there is a more vibrant life out there for you but have been too afraid to pursue it, or just simply don't know where to start, then I promise you’re in the right place.
