The Lost Art of Play is a 4-week series formatted as a therapeutic group experience designed to help adults reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel most alive, curious, creative, and free.
Through guided discussions, experiential activities, reflection exercises, creative exploration, and meaningful connection, you'll discover how play can support emotional wellness, reduce stress, strengthen self-awareness, and cultivate greater joy in everyday life.
